We have small offices on flexible terms with
all inclusive rates.
We are based on an industrial park just outside the pretty village of Henfield, West Sussex.
Our base is The Henfield Business Park, a well established rural industrial estate that has been growing over the past 30 years. There are now over 40 businesses on site of varying sizes and trades.
We have been here for the past10 years in 2020. We have seen many businesses start out and develop in that time. We also have some long standing tenants that we would hate to be without.
Within Inner Space we have capacity for just 8 offices so we are very much geared toward the micro business and freelance market. Most tenants are relatively local but we welcome all to join us. We currently have a mixed range of businesses including engineers, property management, a local charity and a film production and distribution company.
Tenants of our offices have access around the clock to their base. When not in use the offices are all equipped with electric shutters to outside windows and doors for security. The main site is also protected with a timed barrier gate only accessible out of hours by onsite businesses.
We have a storage facility on our first floor. Again, terms are flexible and what we can offer does vary according to availability. Options include lockable crates of varying sizes and open storage.
This facility is open to all. To keep our prices very low we operate access by appointment only.
Free on site parking
Henfield Business Park has large parking facilities on site and it is free. Located close to the A23 with great links south to Brighton and north to London. Horsham, Crawley and Gatwick are also nearby.
Wifi and Refreshments
As part of our office rental package we offer free, basic level Wifi suitable for an average user. For greater capacity all our offices can be equiped with their own landline and broadband at the tenants expense. We have a communal kitchen for all with tea, coffee, etc. included. Feel free to bring your own lunch,etc in to store in the fridge and warm up in the microwave.
